Kitchener Office Moving

Our Kitchener office will be moving locations over the month of July, as our office has been sold to developers.  We will be relocating the practice to 4 – 370 Eastbridge Blvd, Waterloo, ON.

If you already have a scheduled appointment, it will remain the same.  Our contact information will also remain the same.

Mango Tree has completed offering vaccines at this time. If you need assistance in getting your shot or booster, please call us.

We are glad to announce that our Puslinch site will offering Covid Vaccine by appointment only as soon as we receive vaccine. Vaccination will occur at our Puslinch office and we only have Moderna Vaccine. Anyone can call and book an appointment or get on our wait list. You do not need to be a patient of Mango Tree to receive vaccine from us. Please do not walk-in for vaccine.

We are open during the pandemic and working hard to ensure you get the care you need. Please call before coming to the office.
